How is the Usage Count defined, what defines one query ?
When you submit something ( a URL, domain, keyword or text) to one of the tools it counts as one call. All other actions on the site are not counted as usage calls.  
Looking at (the different pages in) reports is not included in usage counts.
Some examples

-  When you submit a new URL to the Page Analyzer, that counts as one call
-  In the Article Analyzer, each analysis of the text being edited counts as one call
-  When the Social Network Counts tools is used stand-alone (outside the Page Analyzer), each URL submitted counts as one call
-  When using the Keyword Research tool, every keyword researched counts as one call - When using the API, every call to the API equals one call

How long are your contracts ?

Ranks NL plans are month-to-month or yearly. It is simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.

Is there a discount for yearly service ?

Yes, the yearly plan costs considerably less per month. Please view our Plans and Pricing

Can I switch plans ?

Yes. When upgrading or downgrading your website plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan. Please contact damian@ranks.nl to change your plan.

Can I order without a creditcard or Paypal account ?

Yes you can, but only for subscription periods of one year or longer. We can send you an invoice on request, so you can pay us directly from your bank account.

Your subscription would start when your bank transfer is received.
