1. Acceptance of terms
Ranks.nl provides its service to you, subject to the following terms of service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. Ranks.nl also may offer other services from time to time that could be governed by different terms of services.
 
2. Your registration obligations
Ranks.nl does not collect any personal data about you on this website, apart from information which you volunteer (for example by e-mailing us or by using sign-up or contact us form). Any information which you provide in this way is not made available to any third parties, and is used by ranks.nl only in line with the purpose for which you provided it. Your personal data may also be anonymised and used for statistical purposes
 
3. Member account, password and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify ranks.nl of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Ranks.nl cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
 
4. Refunds, subscriptions
All memberships that are labelled as "subscriptions" are automatically renewed at the end of their advertised billing cycle. If you’re not happy during the first 7 days of your subscription, simply let us know and we will issue a full refund. No refunds are provided after the first 7 days.

5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ranks.nl, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content make available through the service, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of the tos, or your violation of any rights of another.
 
6. General practices regarding use of services
You acknowledge that ranks.nl may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the service. You acknowledge that ranks.nl reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that ranks.nl reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
 
7. Modifications to service
Ranks.nl reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that ranks.nl shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
 
8. Termination
You agree that ranks.nl may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your ranks.nl account, any associated email address, and access to the service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the tos or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) discontinuance or material modification to the service (or any part thereof), (e) unexpected technical issues or problems, and (f) extended periods of inactivity. Termination of your ranks.nl account includes (a) removal of access to all offerings within the service, and (b) barring further use of the service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in ranks.nl sole discretion and that ranks.nl shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the service.

9. Limitations
In no event shall ranks.nl or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on http://www.ranks.nl, even if ranks.nl or a ranks.nl authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
