This Firefox extension can be used to analyze the page you are visiting with your browser, without going through the form at http://www.ranks.nl/tools/spider.html

Please note you need to be logged in as Ranks Friend for this to work.

If you prefer a bookmarklet or (also) use Internet Explorer or Safari, check out our Bookmarklets for an alternative way to access the spider directly.

The Ranks NL icon will appear in your statusbar after installing. Click it to analyze the page you are viewing.This Firefox add-on will add a link to your context menu and a small icon to your statusbar.

If you like you can also add a button to your main toolbar.

After installing you'll find an extra item in your context menu:

Right click on any page to analyze that page.

And if you like you can add a button to the default toolbar.
This is not set by default. To make the button appear: Right-click on an empty part of the toolbar that contains the Home and Refresh buttons and select 'Customize'. You can now drag the Ranks button to the toolbar. Below an example with both image and text, but you can also chose to show just an image or just text.
